2022.03.09 110-2 AY Oral Exam Announcement

1.  Please send the proposal/thesis and the application form of the proposal/thesis oral exam to the advisor for review as soon as possible. If the advisor agrees with the oral exam application, please ask the advisor to sign the proposal/thesis oral exam application form.

2.  Date of preliminary review of the proposal/paper：

　A. 2022.4.20 (Wednesday) The deadline for submission of the application form for the oral test of the proposal/thesis.

　B. Please use a dovetail clip on the upper left of the paper proposal/thesis.

　C.Oral exam date：2022.5.01~5.14 

3. After the proposal/thesis has passed the preliminary review, it will be notified by e-mail and inform the oral exam date, classroom, time period and reconfirm the oral committee list. Please print 3 copies of proposal/thesis together with the oral examination notice to 3 oral examination committee members.

4. Please print out the scores of classes from your student affairs system as an attachment.
